We have served so many families and individuals in the short time that we have been a non-profit organization (2024).
○ 100-150 youth attended our first outreach event.
○ 20 youth were served a hot meal at our Novemember 2024 event.

Community Resource Connections
Tanya Epps, VP, has successfully helped two clients with issues they were facing. One young lady needed help getting approval for an apartment. With RizzeUp Resources' guidance, she was able to secure a home.
Another client needed help applying for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). RizzeUp Resources ensured she had transportation to and from the Social Security office to meet the requirement of applying in-person.
