All donations must be in new or gently used condition (stain free, smoke free, and pet hair free). We do ask that photos of the items are submitted prior to donation. Donations are accepted by appointment only. 

We are currently accepting: sofas, dressers, mattresses and box springs (together), bed frames, gently used or new bed linen (all sizes), dining room chairs and tables (preference for 2-4 people seated dining room sets), bath towels, new mops and brooms, and vacuum cleaners.

We are currently NOT accepting china cabinets, hospital beds, medical equipment, and office furniture because they do not meet our inventory needs.

If you would like to donate household goods by dropping items off yourself to our storage unit located in North Chesterfield, please call (804-592-0477) or e-mail us (rizzeupresourcesinc@gmail.com) to schedule a drop off appointment.  Please be aware that you will need to be able to provide photos of your items before drop off so we can make sure they meet our quality and condition standards.

Note: If you do self drop off, you DO NOT need to click on the ReSupply truck button on our website.  You will work directly with us to schedule self drop off. Please call or e-mail us.

We have partnered with a third-party company, ReSupply, for your convenience. By clicking the ReSupply Donation Truck Button posted on our website, you will be redirected to their website where you can give an inventory of items you want picked up. This is great for people who want to remove many items no matter the quality of the items. If the item needs to be disposed of, ReSupply will do that for you. Also, ReSupply will bring household goods that meet our cleanliness standards and inventory needs to be donated to RizzeUP to give items a second life for a good cause.  Be aware, there is a varying pick up fee but the fee covers removing furniture from any floor in your home and taking apart furniture for easier transport. We hope that the majority of your items are able to be accepted by our charity, but if you have junk items to clear out-- this is a good option because it is managed all at once.

By using ReSupply, they will assign a local hauling company to do your pick up.

We understand that some people may want to donate quality household goods but cannot afford the expense of the ReSupply fee. On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to request a paid sponsorship on your behalf from one of our corporate partners. This is based on available funds and is not guaranteed.
