Co-Founder of RizzeUP Resources, Inc. she brings a deep passion for helping families rebuild their
lives. With a background in foster parenting, Tanya plays a key role in shaping the nonprofit’s
strategic direction and ensuring programs operate smoothly.
She believes that serving others is both a calling and a privilege, and she works tirelessly to expand
the reach of RizzeUP Resources throughout the Richmond community. Known for her compassionate heart and strong will, Tanya continues to inspire volunteers and partners to support the organization’s mission of empowering families with essential household resources and hope.

Originally from Newark, NJ, she overcame early adversity and relocated to Richmond, VA in 2005 to create a safer life for her family. While pursuing a degree in human services, Audrey interned with RizzeUP Resources, Inc., where her dedication an

Nouya Small works in administrative operations with Goodwill Industries and is also a small business owner. She is passionate about the mission of RizzeUP Resources and dedicates her time to volunteering in any capacity where she can make a difference. Her enthusiasm and reliability make her a valued member of the RizzeUP team.

Cierra Banks joined RizzeUP as an intern through J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. After graduating with a major in Human Services, she continues to assist with inventory and program
coordination. She maintains the inventory that is vital to the organization.

Beverly Jones is a veteran. Her background is in healthcare. She reached out to RizzeUp Resources to
donate a couch but subsequently found a purpose to give back to the Community. Volunteering distracts her from her own personal health challenges and gives back to others who may be in need. She is affiliated with PVA (Paralyzed Veterans of America) and Wounded Warriors.

Julie Lampkins holds a Master of Arts degree in Strategic Communications. She is a multi-passionate creative and volunteers for the RizzeUP Resources' Marketing position. She also enjoys volunteering for animal rescue organizations.
